We plan to add a way to view your inventory in the future, but for now you can tap on any item when you see it to find out how many of the item you have.

For example, if you want to know how many Pushbacks you have, you can go into the Offers section of the Shop and then find an Offer with Pushbacks on it. Tap on those Pushbacks to see how many you have.
