Red Star Promotions are available for players at Level 30 and above. They promote Yellow Stars into Red Stars and significantly increase the size of Offers the Chasers give.

It is possible to receive more Red Stars for a particular Chaser than they have Yellow Stars. In that case you will see empty Red Stars which can be filled in by collecting additional Chaser Pieces to Rank them up.
