This usually indicates the game is unable to connect to our servers.

First thing to try is to restart your device, which can sometimes fix the issue.

If that doesn't work, then try going to the following address in a browser on your device;

    https://api.beamable.com/basic/accounts/me

It should show an error 403 message "Requires authorized user." If it doesn't, usually something like "Site not found" then ask whoever controls your network if anything is running that might block sites, for example parental controls, the game requires access to all paths on api.beamable.com.

If all the above fails, then please contact support and we'll try to troubleshoot further.
